Would highly recommend. Working with Kevin, Ryan and John was incredibly easy. They made the process very smooth and did a great job on the dock!

The guys did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and even came back to "fine tune" the adjustments. Highly recommend them.

5+++++ stars. Excellent company and they did a fabulous job installing my bulkhead. The crew—Kevin, Brian, and Mickey —were amazing. They were true professionals who were clearly experts in their field; each of them could operate all the machinery and handle every aspect of the project. They paid attention to every detail, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and consulted me whenever necessary. I especially appreciated the care they took to protect my front yard from damage. In addition, they are easily some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. They finished the project much more quickly than I expected, cleaned up the job site, and left the area ready for sod. I am thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to hire Serenity Brothers again.

I had a great experience working with them. Wayne, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Ryan, the project manager, kept everything organized and on schedule. The crew on site was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of work shows for itself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dock work.

We recently hired Serenity Brothers for a dock project and were blown away by the results. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and the project was completed on time. What really impressed me, however, was their white-glove service. Seeing the crew bring up our garbage cans was a small gesture that spoke volumes about their company culture. They are professional, tidy, and clearly take pride in their reputation. We will definitely be using them for all future waterfront needs.

From the top level, you owe it to yourself to allow Wayne (the owner) and his team to quote your project. Here’s why:

1. Professionalism & Respect
I don’t want to detract from any of their other merits, but I can’t overstate how strongly this quality stands out from all the other contractors I’ve used in the 10 years I’ve owned a home in Jacksonville. Every single person — from the owner to the newest hand — is consistently kind, respectful, and professional. I never once had to overlook an attitude I didn’t like because of “kids these days.” Everyone was considerate of my property, addressed me and my family respectfully, and even toned down language and music when I was outside (without being asked — I actually told them they didn’t need to).

2. Skill & Artistry
Each crew has at least one seasoned lead, and the more junior members are clearly well-coached on where their skill boundaries lie and when to ask questions. But it goes beyond technical marine carpentry — every step of the way, the crew lead was thinking ahead about aesthetics and what small, non-structural modifications could make the finished build better. They’ve clearly dealt with their fair share of hands-on homeowners, as they often anticipated and addressed my concerns before I even voiced them.

3. Equipment
Serenity Bros fill a unique niche in Jacksonville’s marine construction space. They operate relatively large cranes on compact barges, supported by even smaller workboats that allow them to adapt to tight or shallow environments. In short, they can reach areas many large-format contractors can’t, while still handling substantial builds. They had no trouble driving the long pilings needed for the deep mud of my tributary (my keel sits about 2 feet above Irma's high water mark now!)

4. Make It Right
Marine construction is inherently subjective — there’s often more than one “right” way to do something. Whenever I disagreed with something, we simply sat down — whether with sales, the owner, or the crew lead — and talked it out. Every time, they either explained why their approach was correct or they fixed it. Simple as that. Just make sure you give them the benefit of the doubt and a fair chance to explain.

We had an outstanding experience working with Serenity Brothers on our boathouse project. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality. John, our main point of contact, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. Tim, the lead builder, was a true professional. His attention to detail and skill were evident in every part of the structure. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows!

The final result exceeded our expectations. The boathouse is not only sturdy and functional, but also beautifully designed. It blends perfectly with our property and has quickly become one of our favorite additions.

We wholeheartedly recommend Serenity Brothers to anyone looking for top-tier workmanship and a smooth, enjoyable building experience. They truly went above and beyond!

“Mr. John Stone has been working with me on building my dock. He offered a fair price that I felt comfortable with, and his team did an excellent job. We’re very happy with the dock they built for us.”

Wayne Bevis built our lifelong dream, A new dock, new deck, new boathouse with boat & jet ski lifts. Just as imagined and even better. Perseverance from permitting to completion. All workers on job were highly skilled professional craftsman who accepted nothing less than perfection. We are very pleased. Great communication start to finish. Serenity Brothers was recommended by our realtor and now recommended by our family. We can’t say enough good words to justify how great a job they did. We trusted Wayne and you can too.

Serenity Brothers did an excellent job repairing my old dock several months ago.So much so ,that it survived our recent hurricane Irma with only very minor issues. By contrast, most docks in my area and elsewhere were totally destroyed. Good job!!!
